Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope

By accessing Ribh (Ribh Analytics), subscribing to our services, or installing the app from the Salla App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using the service and uninstall the app immediately.

2. SaaS Software License

Ribh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our cloud platform solely for the purpose of analyzing the financial metrics and P&L of your verified Salla store during your active subscription period.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Free Trial

• 14-Day Free Trial: All new stores receive a 14-day free trial with full access to plan features without requiring credit card details upfront.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Subscription fees are billed monthly based on your selected monthly Salla order volume tier as outlined on the Pricing page.
• Order Volume Limits: If your store exceeds the order quota of your active plan, you will be prompted to upgrade to keep syncing additional orders.
• Cancellation & Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or the Salla App Store. Access continues through the end of your paid billing period.

4. Merchant Responsibilities & Accuracy of Data

The merchant is solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of manually entered financial parameters, such as product purchase costs (COGS) and fixed overheads.
• Maintaining account security, access credentials, and connected API tokens.
• Full compliance with all commercial and e-commerce laws enacted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

Merchant Data: You retain complete and exclusive ownership of all your store orders, sales, customer records, and financial numbers. Ribh claims no ownership rights over your data.

Platform IP: All algorithms, user interfaces, branding, software code, and analytical models remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ribh Analytics.

6. Financial & Tax Disclaimer

Ribh provides analytics software tools to assist merchants in evaluating store metrics. The generated reports and figures are for informational guidance based on data retrieved from Salla and advertising APIs. Ribh does not provide certified legal, financial, or tax advice. The merchant remains solely responsible for commercial decisions and statutory tax filings with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).

7. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain a minimum of 99.5% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. Ribh is not liable for service interruptions caused by downtime in third-party APIs (Salla, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, or Pinterest).

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Commercial Courts in Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement.
